Switching coaching software is mostly a clients problem: how do you get 40 people into a new app without emailing each one by hand? Bulk invite is built for exactly that. It is a Coach Pro feature.
What you need
- A list of emails. A name is optional.
- A CSV or plain-text list on any device, or an Excel (.xlsx) file on the web dashboard.
- Up to 200 recipients per submission. For bigger rosters, send in batches.
Step by step
- Open the Invitations page and choose Bulk invite.
- Either paste the emails, one per line, or upload your file. The file needs an email column and can have a name column.
- Review the parsed list and send.
- Read the result report. Each row gets its own outcome.
What each result means
- Sent: the invitation went out.
- Skipped, duplicate: the same address appeared twice in your list, so it was sent once.
- Skipped, existing invite: that person already has a pending invitation from you.
- Invalid email: the address is not valid, so fix it and resend that row.
- Failed: something went wrong for that row, and you can try it again.
Before you send
- Tell clients an invitation is coming, and from whom. It cuts the spam-folder problem.
- Download your old tool's client export first. Our migration checklist covers templates, history and payment details.
- Decide your first week's plan for each client, since they will want something to do on day one.
