Compare/Pricing

Personal trainer software pricing, compared

Most coaching apps charge per client, so the price on the homepage is rarely the price you pay. Here is what each one costs at 5, 25 and 50 clients, and what it takes to get branding, nutrition and payments.

The short version

Trainzilla Coach Pro is $19/month (₹499 in India) for unlimited clients, with your branding in the client app, nutrition plans, payment links and an AI agent that adjusts each client’s plan from their check-ins. At 25 clients, the other tools here cost between $35 and $79 a month on their base plan, and more once you add branding.

Monthly price by number of clients

Cheapest base plan that covers that many clients, in US dollars, before add-ons.

When a per-client tool is the better deal

If you coach five people or fewer, Everfit’s free Starter or TrainHeroic’s $9.99–$17.99 plans cost less than $19. If you need your own app listing in the App Store and Play Store, PT Distinction Pro, Kahunas Ultimate or FitBudd Super Pro offer that and Trainzilla doesn’t.

When a flat price wins

From about 5 clients up, and especially as you grow. Your software bill stays at $19/month whether you coach 6 people or 60, and branding, nutrition, payments and the AI agent are already included.

Questions coaches ask

What is the cheapest personal trainer software?

For a handful of clients, free tiers (Trainerize Basic for 1 client, Everfit Starter for up to 5) and TrainHeroic at $9.99 are cheapest. Once you coach more than about 5 clients, a flat price wins: Trainzilla Coach Pro is $19/month for unlimited clients, while the per-client tools here cost $35–$79/month at 25 clients and up to $95 at 50.

Why do most coaching apps charge per client?

Per-client pricing keeps the entry price low and grows the bill with your business. It is predictable for the vendor; for a growing coach it means every new client raises your software cost. Trainzilla charges one flat price instead.

Do these prices include a branded app, nutrition and payments?

Not always. The table below lists each vendor’s cheapest plan that includes branding, nutrition and payment collection where they offer all three. Trainzilla Coach Pro includes your logo and colours in the client app, nutrition plans, payment links and the AI plan agent at $19/month.
