Video Calls and Session Booking Inside Your Coaching App

Remote coaching needs two things that tools often split apart: a way to book a time, and a way to meet. Trainzilla keeps both in one place.

What video can do

• 1:1 sessions between coach and client, started from the booked session.
• Instant calls from a chat, for the quick "can you look at this?" moment.
• Virtual gym classes with many participants.

Video calls are available on Coach Pro and gym plans, and access is checked when someone joins, not only when the session is booked. Video is available on the web dashboard and in the client app.

Bringing your own link

If you would rather use Google Meet or WhatsApp, you can. Pick the meeting type when you schedule the session. In-app video is optional, not forced.

Booking that follows your hours

• Set your working days and hours. You can split a day into two ranges, such as an early morning block and an evening block.
• Clients can only book inside those hours, and clashes with other sessions are blocked.
• Rescheduling follows the same rules.
• If you have not set working hours, nobody can book you yet. The app tells you to add them in your profile.

Client self-booking needs an active subscription with you. Coaches can still book for a client themselves.

Tips for better remote sessions

• Share the session link in the booking, not in a separate message.
• Test camera angles for demos once before your first client call.
• Keep notes on the session record so they are there next time.
