Coaching Software With No Transaction Fees: How Direct Payments Work

With direct payments on Trainzilla, the client pays you, not us. In India they pay your UPI ID; elsewhere they pay your own Stripe, PayPal or Wise link. You confirm the payment, and Trainzilla creates the subscription, records the payment and sends the invoice. Trainzilla takes no commission and charges only your subscription.

How it works

1. Add your UPI ID (India) or your Stripe, PayPal or Wise link (elsewhere), plus any instructions for clients.
2. The client pays on your link, then taps "I've paid" on your page and adds a payment reference.
3. You confirm it in Billing. The client account and subscription are created, the payment is recorded and the invoice goes out. If you reject it, the client is told.

What to check in any coaching software's payments

• Does the platform take a percentage of what your clients pay you, or only charge a subscription?
• Whose account does the money land in, and when?
• Does every payment produce an invoice, and can it include your GSTIN if you have one?
• Do payments renew automatically, or do you confirm each one?

The trade-off to know about

Because the payment happens in your own account, Trainzilla cannot see it. Your confirmation is what activates the client, and direct payments do not auto-renew: the client pays again when the plan ends and you confirm it. That is the price of keeping the money in your own account with no cut taken.

Gyms and programs

Gym plans pay the gym owner's UPI ID or link. Programs you sell work the same way as plans.

Can clients pay by card inside Trainzilla?

Coaches in India with bank details set up can also use Trainzilla checkout. Payment-gateway fees apply to those payments.
