Session packs that track themselves
Sell a plan with, say, 12 sessions a month. Trainzilla counts what’s used and what’s left, handles pauses and holidays, and puts members with two or fewer sessions left on your renewals list.

How it works
- Step 1
Set the pack on the plan
Choose sessions per month or per plan period, whether no-shows count, and whether one month’s leftovers roll over.
- Step 2
Book inside your hours
You or the client book sessions. Bookings and reschedules must fit your working hours and other booked sessions, with split hours if you work mornings and evenings.
- Step 3
Renew at the right time
Used and left are shown to you and the client. Low-session members appear on the renewals list even if their end date is weeks away.
What’s included
- Sessions per month or per plan period, per plan
- No-show and rollover rules per plan
- Pause a membership for holidays or injury (up to 90 days)
- Split working hours: more than one block of availability per day
- Online (video) or in-person sessions
Questions
Do I have to mark each session as done?
No. A confirmed session in the past counts as attended.
What happens to sessions when a member pauses?
The session month stretches by the pause. For desk memberships the end date moves too; auto-renewing billing dates stay the same.
Can clients book outside my hours?
No. Bookings and reschedules are checked against your working hours and existing sessions.
