How it works
- Step 1
Add your payment details
In India, add your UPI ID. Elsewhere, add your Stripe, PayPal or Wise link, plus any instructions for clients.
- Step 2
Client pays and tells you
The client pays on your link, then taps “I’ve paid” on your page with a payment reference.
- Step 3
You confirm
Confirm in Billing. Trainzilla creates the client account and subscription, records the payment and sends the invoice. Reject it and the client is told.
What’s included

Questions
Does Trainzilla take a percentage?
No. With direct payments the client pays you, and Trainzilla charges only your subscription.
Why do I have to confirm payments?
The payment happens on your own account, so Trainzilla cannot see it. Your confirmation is what activates the client.
Can clients pay by card inside Trainzilla?
Coaches with bank details set up in India can also use Trainzilla checkout. Payment-gateway fees apply to those payments.
Do direct payments renew automatically?
No. The client pays again when the plan ends and you confirm it.
