Is this the same as the AI that drafts weekly plans?
They work together. The plan agent drafts each client’s next plan from their check-in for you to approve. The AI Assistant is the chat you use to ask questions and give instructions.
What happens when the allowance runs out?
You can top up credits. The free Help chat for questions about using Trainzilla doesn’t use credits.
Does it message my clients on its own?
No. Anything that changes data or contacts a client is shown as a preview for you to confirm.
