Get your client list out of Everfit
Look in Everfit's help centre or ask their support for a client export. If there is no export, copy your clients' names and emails from your client list into a spreadsheet; that is all we need.

Bring over your plans
Save your programs and meal plans from Everfit as PDFs and upload them. AI turns each into editable workouts or meals, and you review before anything reaches a client.
Subscribe and invite your clients
On Coach Pro (unlimited clients) paste or upload your client list and send everyone an invite at once. Each client installs the free app with your logo.
What comes across
- Your client list (names and emails): invited in bulk, each client gets one link to the Trainzilla app
- Your workout and nutrition plans: upload them as PDFs and AI converts them into editable plans you review, or share the PDF as it is
- Your logo and colours in the client app, and your public coach page
- Your payment setup: clients pay you directly, by UPI in India or through your own payment link
What stays behind
- Past workout logs and progress photos stay in the old app. Keep it open read-only for a month if clients want to look back
- Your old subscription, billing and any contract with the other tool: cancel it yourself when you are ready
- Exercise videos you uploaded to the old app: re-upload them, or pick from our exercise library
