How it works
- Step 1
Add your business details
Business name and address, and a GSTIN if you have one (optional).
- Step 2
Get paid
Online through your payment link or Trainzilla checkout, or record a cash, UPI or card payment with a photo of the receipt.
- Step 3
Invoice goes out
The client gets the PDF by email and finds it under Transactions in their app. You see every invoice on your sales screen.
What’s included

Questions
Do I need a GST number?
No. GSTIN is optional. If you add one, it appears on your invoices.
Does Trainzilla take a cut of the payment?
No. Clients pay you directly and Trainzilla takes no commission; standard payment-gateway fees may apply.
Can clients download old invoices?
Yes. Every invoice stays in the client’s app under Transactions.
