How it works

Pair a device
Create a kiosk for a location from your gym dashboard and open it on a laptop or tablet with a camera.
- Step 2
Members enrol once
Each member gives consent on screen and enrols their face. Prefer not to? They use the QR code in their app instead.
- Step 3
Check in
Look at the camera and blink, or scan the QR code. Attendance shows on the member’s record and your dashboard.

Questions
Do I need special hardware?
No. Any laptop or tablet with a front camera and a browser works.
Is face data stored?
Only a numerical face template, with the member’s explicit consent. It is deleted when the member withdraws consent, leaves the gym, or you turn face check-in off.
What if a member doesn’t want face check-in?
They check in with the QR code in their Trainzilla app.
